Update Sequence

Follow these steps to upgrade Operaio Preview Forms:

1. For SCSM 2012, import the itnetX.PreviewForms.2012.mpb management pack
   For SCSM 2016, import the itnetX.PreviewForms.2016.mpb management pack
2. From the following list, remove all the management packs which you have installed from your SCSM environment:
   a. itnetX Preview Forms Library
   b. itnetX Preview Forms (without MA)
   c. itnetX Preview Forms (without SR)
   d. itnetX Preview Forms (without SR and MA)
3. Import the itnetX.PreviewForms.Forms.xml management pack
4. Restart the SCSM Console
